DraftKings Reveal Standalone New Jersey Casino App

DraftKings has launched a new, standalone mobile casino app in New Jersey
Giant gaming and sportsbook operator DraftKings has announced the launch of its standalone DraftKings mobile casino app in New Jersey. The app has been designed to give bettors in the Garden State access to exclusive games as well as more modern versions of classic casino games such as blackjack and roulette. Although there has been a DraftKings sportsbook app available with an in-built casino section in New Jersey since 2018, this standalone version has been launched to expand its already broad customer base.
DraftKings has already built up a strong and loyal customer base thanks to its Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) games. Its online sportsbook has performed exceptionally well in New Jersey since it launched, and their branding and name is instantly recognizable across the U.S.
DraftKings claims the new app is the result of “extensive research and preparation” as they look to offer a range of exciting casino games to bettors. Mirroring its Daily Fantasy and Sportsbook offerings, DraftKings has utilized its in-house technology to develop the new mobile casino app to create a more holistic and exciting iGaming experience. The app will offer games that are exclusive to DraftKings, as well as the traditional classics such as blackjack and roulette.
Jason March, DraftKings’ Vice President of Gaming, has expressed his delight at the news. He believes this ground-breaking move will cement DraftKings’ position as one of the most prominent online operators across the United States. March also stated that the company would continue to expand their sportsbooks and casino apps where state laws allow, and ultimately become an all-round entertainment experience.
Study Leads to Launch of new App
DraftKings recently carried out a study that revealed 70 percent of new DraftKings Casino customers place their first wager on an exclusive DraftKings branded game. This sharpened their desire to design a modern customer experience, complete with built-to-scale games and an intuitive interface.
However, DraftKings does not want to stop at just New Jersey. The company is aiming to introduce its casino app in additional states as long as the regulations allow. As well as popular online slot games and exclusive DraftKings table games, the new app will offer third-party providers titles. Some of these software providers include International Gaming Technology, Slingo, Scientific Games, and more. New Jersey residents who wish to play on the DraftKings casino app will also have access to the custom DraftKings Live Studio, which is available 24/7.
DraftKings takes responsible gambling seriously. It is a Platinum Member of the National Council on Problem Gambling, a leading voice for people and their families and friends who are affected by problem gambling and gambling addiction. The company makes it explicitly clear that they are committed to all responsible gaming practices. The new casino app will feature numerous resources that will help people to play responsibly.
