FanDuel and Broncos Strike Multi-Year Deal
FanDuel & the Denver Broncos have announced a landmark deal that will change the face of the NFL world
As legalized sports betting continues to grow at pace across the United States, it has now ventured into the NFL world. Sports betting giant FanDuel has announced a multi-year partnership with the Denver Broncos. The agreement will see FanDuel become an official sports betting and daily fantasy partner of the National Football League (NFL) team. The deal was announced on Monday, with the Broncos becoming the first NFL team to enter into such an agreement with a sports betting company.
As part of the agreement, FanDuel will gain access to official Broncos marks and logos to use across FanDuel’s online sports betting website and daily fantasy sports product in Colorado. Furthermore, FanDuel will now receive access to numerous marketing assets ranging from in-stadium signage to radio, television, and digital advertising, which will give them the ability to promote their sports betting offerings to a far-reaching audience.
As well as the marketing aspect, this agreement will provide fans with once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and FanDuel customers will receive unique offers.
FanDuel Group CMO Mike Raffensperger has expressed how excited he is to explore the Colorado sports market. He stresses that this partnership with the Broncos gives them the ability to take a passionate sports fan base and take the fan experience in the Centennial State to the next level.
The Broncos are equally as thrilled to become the first NFL team to adopt a sports betting partner. Denver Broncos Chief Commercial Officer Mac Freeman believes the values of FanDuel are similar to that of the Broncos. Following the successful launch of FanDuel in Colorado in May, Broncos fans can “enjoy FanDuel’s trusted mobile sports betting and daily fantasy platforms.”
Unique Promotions for FanDuel Customers
Following the announcement, it has been revealed that FanDuel is offering several unique promotions for its sportsbook customers in Colorado. Some of these include Broncos +30 on the point spread for Week 1 (+100, max bet of $50) and the Over/Under on Broncos Total Wins (7.5) set at +1600 with a $10 max bet.
As well as this, all existing and new FanDuel sportsbook customers in Colorado are entitled to receive unique odds boosts on the Broncos to win Week 1 (boosted from -130 to +120) and rookie WR Jerry Jeudy to score a touchdown (+250 to +400).
This announcement follows FanDuel launching its online sportsbook and mobile betting platform in Colorado in May. The company, known to many for its daily fantasy sports play, entered a partnership with Twin River Worldwide Holdings and Golden Gates Casino Black Hawk to launch their platform in the Centennial State.
Sports fans in Colorado can register for an account at FanDuel and get access to a wide range of sports betting markets. Customers will have the ability to place wagers on NFL, basketball, baseball, hockey, MMA, golf, soccer, NASCAR, darts, and tennis.
