PointsBet Named as official Betting Partner of Colts
PointsBet has become the official betting partner of the Indianapolis Colts
PointsBet has inked a deal with the Indianapolis Colts, which sees the Australian-based company become the franchise’s official sports betting partner. The one-year agreement was revealed in an email to the IndyStar. As part of the deal, PointsBet can now use Colts’ I.P., logos, and marks in their marketing material. The agreement is another significant milestone for the operator, who has recently announced a spate of similar deals with professional sports teams.
PointsBet gets Access to Colts Branding
The most significant aspect of this deal is the use of branding. When tuning into Colts games on T.V., fans will notice the PointsBet logo is visible during the game. Additionally, it is almost a certainty that PointsBet signage will now appear at the Lucas Oil Stadium.
The sportsbook has also been named as the official sponsor of the team’s “Colts Ramp Up” pregame show. PointsBet will also be a sponsor for numerous other digital products for the Colts, and official Colts odds from the sportsbook will be visible on Colts digital products as well.

Most NFL franchises are very active on social media nowadays, so it is also likely that PointsBet will appear regularly on all Colts’ social media channels. Indiana sports betting has grown in popularity since it was legalized back in 2019.
Special Promotions Available for Colts Fans
With the return of the NFL season, PointsBet has offered promotions aimed explicitly at Colts fans. Some of these include bettors being given a chance to win $125 in free bets if QB Philip Rivers throws for at least 1 yard in the game. This was offered on the PointsBet Indiana Sportsbook.
The company also had a crowd booster promotion for week 1. The premise behind this promotion was for every 100 bettors that took the Colts; the spread would move to a point in favor of Indy.
The sportsbook has regularly offered bonuses exclusively to Indiana sports fans, and this partnership will only increase the volume of those promotions in the future.
PointsBet Continues big Expansion
PointsBet has clearly identified major partnerships such as this one as the way forward. With news of the Colts deal being secured, the company now has agreements with both of Indiana’s professional sports teams. The Colts deal follows a multi-year partnership that was agreed between the sportsbook and the Pacers in August.
The deal with the Pacers is very similar to the Colt’s agreement. PointsBet has been given permission to use the Pacers’ team logo on its website and app, which the company hopes will attract Indiana sports bettors to sign up for a sportsbook account.
PointsBet was the fifth most popular sportsbook in Indiana, according to online handle numbers released for August. The company is clearly not happy at being a ‘middle-of-the-road’ offering and wants to jump to the front of the line. The brand now officially working with both of the state’s pro teams, we could see them make that move to the front of the queue quickly.
