The WynnBET Sportsbook is one of the newest names to hit the US sports betting market. Wynn is a huge name in the Las Vegas gambling scene, with two casinos, Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas, located on the famous strip. The company now has plans to expand across the United States with the addition of a mobile betting app. WynnBET first launched its sports betting app in New Jersey, then Indiana, Virginia, Colorado, Michigan, Tennessee, and Arizona soon followed.
WynnBet Sportsbook Review Overview
In August 2023, WynnBet decided to stop its sports betting operations in eight states: Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, New Jersey, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. WynnBet remains operational in Nevada and Massachusetts, while their operations in New York and Michigan are currently “under review”.
Our WynnBet Sportsbook review covers what you can expect when you download and register with the Wynn Sportsbook app. We will look at how to make your first deposit, place your opening wager, and all being well, withdraw your winnings. Additionally, we will go over any available WynnBet bonus codes and free bet offers that new and existing users can make use of.
Check out this sportsbook review and keep referring back to this page, as we will keep you updated when changes are announced at the Wynn online sportsbook. Just like the Wynn casinos, WynnBet is up against some tough competition with the likes of BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, and BetRivers Sportsbook, all of whom have had a head start in the online sportsbook battle.
WynnBet Bonus & Promo Code Offers
At the time of writing, there are no WynnBet bonuses or promo codes available at all, apart from the still active rewards program. The deprecation of all WynnBet bonus offers came after they announced they’re pulling out of 8 US states, with 2 more state locations hanging in the balance. The fact that WynnBet has zero bonuses doesn’t inspire confidence in the future of the sportsbook, given that all their competitors in the industry rely mainly on promotions to draw new players in or to retain old ones. Without a WynnBet welcome bonus, hardly anyone will be incentivized to register at their betting site.
If you have any leftover bet credits and bonuses from previous WynnBet promotions, they can still be used. Here are the bonuses that used to be available at WynnBet:
WynnBet Welcome Bonus
Most online sportsbooks offer welcome bonuses that consist of sign-up and first-time deposit offers rewarding new players with free bets. The WynnBET sports betting platform used to be no different. Before its massive closures, Wynn offered a welcome bonus which consisted of a free bet up to $100 depending on the state you are in. This offer replaced the older bonus bet up to $500.
Breaking this WynnBet promo down further, the first thing you had to do is create an account on the WynnBet app. This promotion required a deposit at least $20 or more. The rest is straightforward as you simply needed to place a bet on the site with a minimum value of $20. If the bet was successful, you would collect your winnings with no strings attached. If the bet loses, you would still get credited with a free bet up to a maximum of $100.
New players were able to use the “Bet $100 Get $100” offer which was available in all states except for players in New Jersey and Michigan. New players in MI, NJ, & WV will get a $50 sports bet and a $50 casino bonus when betting $100.
There was no need for a promo or bonus code; all you needed to get the ball rolling was to deposit at least $20.
WynnBet Bonuses for Existing Customers
The only currently ongoing WynnBet bonus is Wynn Rewards – a multi-tier sportsbook rewards program. By making real money wagers, users can earn points and progress along the three tiers – Red, Platinum, and Black.
Whenever you sign up for an account on a Wynn Interactive platform, you can benefit from Wynn Rewards. Launching in August 2021, every sports bet, whether it’s a prop bet or a moneyline wager, placed on the WynnBET Sportsbook will earn reward points. You are automatically enrolled once registration has been completed.
Some of the prizes include dollars that can be redeemed on the Las Vegas strip at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. There are several other rewards including VIP preferred experiences and more.
These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, from free bets and COMPDOLLARS that can be used at WynnBet Casino venues, to complimentary spas and birthday dinners
Creating An Account At WynnBET
Signing up for an account at WynnBET online Sportsbook is a straightforward process. Head over to wynnbet.com and click the Register button. All new customers must provide some personal information for verification, such as:
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Social Security number
Once you have chosen a username and password, you will be asked to submit a security question that will be linked to your details. Finally, you must confirm you are of legal gambling age and agree to the sportsbook’s terms and conditions. You can create an account with the sportsbook from anywhere in the US, but you can only place a wager inside one of the states where WynnBET is licensed. They can confirm your location through player location checks which are done via geolocation. If you experience any problems with this, have a look at our geolocation sportsbook help page.
Wynn Sportsbook App
All major sportsbooks nowadays have a dedicated mobile sports betting app. Although Wynn has a retail and online sportsbook in Las Vegas, the only way to wager outside Nevada is via the Wynn sportsbook app. Fortunately, you can download the WynnBET app for Android and iOS devices, and the process is straightforward.
WynnBET Android app
As sports betting apps are now allowed in the Google Play Store, you can head there to get the app. Alternatively, you visit the Wynn website directly:
- Go to wynnbet.com and click the Register
- Select Download for Android
- Click install in the wynnsports.apk
- Press open and allow WyBett to access your location
- Log in & place your bets
WynnBET iPhone app
WynnBet has different iPhone apps depending on which state you are in. Go to w ynnbet.com and click Register to create an account. Hit the Download for iOS button and go to the iTunes app store. Select the state app you want, then press GET. Download the app, log in, and place your wagers.
The app contains features that ensure the wagering process is pleasant and efficient. Finding the available sports markets and types of bets is simple, and the app navigation allows users to find their way around without hassle. Ultimately the primary function of a mobile betting app is to ensure users can bet on the go without trouble, and the WynnBET app does a fantastic job of this.
You will find the design and layout identical on the Android app from WynnBET and the iPhone version. Unfortunately, WynnBet does not have a mobile-optimized site you can access. If you want to wager, you can only do so from the app or regular desktop site. The WynnBET Casino app for MI & NJ comes with a built-in casino. As online casino gaming is not allowed in CO, this is not yet available in the CO version of the app.
You will notice a lack of a real main menu on the app. As this is the first release of the app, we expect it to go through a few updates. The menu makes it hard to easily find sports, see the current promos, change odds, and other normal options you would expect to see on a sports betting app. For now, we can live without this. The design of the app is good, and we like the color scheme used. The dark blue and gold work well. You can find all the major games and sports for the day happening on the app homepage.
There is a small Live Now option where you can view all the in-play or in-game betting options. Wynn does a good job of in-play wagering, and so far, we have been impressed with what we have seen. The odds have been good when we compare them to more established online betting sites like DraftKings Sportsbook. The mobile platform has been running since 2020 and has been generally bug-free, but there are a few players who have had issues with the WynnBET app not working.
At the bottom of the screen, you can see an option to click through to the Wynn mobile casino, which we cover in more detail in our WynnBET Casino app review.
Bet Types on Wynn Sportsbook
Every common type of bet you can think of is available on Wynn’s sportsbook app. As part of our WynnBET review, we looked at every possible bet type for the numerous markets available. The types of wagers you can expect to find with WynnBET include:
Players could check out the Wynn sportsbook lines and how they compare like for like with other sportsbooks before betting. Additionally, you may have noticed that futures betting is missing from the above list. This should change soon; however, currently, you cannot place a futures bet with Wynn. As the company is still relatively new, we expect to see it expand its betting markets in the future.
WynnBet Live Betting
One of the most prominent types of betting that has emerged is live betting, also referred to as in-game betting. Since this relatively new type of wagering has emerged, sportsbooks have created numerous live betting markets. Players have the opportunity to bet on a game or a live prop seconds after the odds have been posted.
Lots of bettors prefer to wait for games to start before placing a wager. By doing this, they can wait and see how the game starts before committing to a specific team or wait for the odds to change. WynnBET sportsbook has a thorough live betting selection which makes for an exciting betting experience.
Sports Markets & Leagues At WynnBet
The WynnBET app has gambling markets available for all the most prevalent domestic and international sports. Bettors can wager on the following sports:
- Aussie Rules Football
- Auto Racing
The above includes all major leagues such as the NFL, NBA, MLB, and MLS. A big betting market, such as the NFL, will regularly have promos that run during the season and for the Super Bowl. This could be an odds boost or a free bet and can be used on the mobile sportsbook.
WynnBet Banking Options
There are currently some reliable and efficient WynnBet deposit and withdrawal methods that enable bettors to transfer money to and from their accounts. The deposit options include:
- Credit or debit card
- Online Bank Transfer
- Cash at the casino cage
All Wynn customers can utilize the above payment options to withdraw their funds, except for the credit or debit card option.
WynnBet Legal States
The WynnBet Sportsbook is currently active in only four states since the operator has decided to pull out of eight US states in August 2023. These are the states WynnBet Sportsbook is currently available in:
- New Jersey

WynnBet Customer Support
There are two main contact methods to get in touch with Wynn’s customer service should you require any assistance. First, users can log in to their account and click the Wynn Sports” logo in the upper right corner. Then head to the “Support & FAQ” section.
From there, you can open an online chat with a customer service agent or send an email. Alternatively, you can phone the helpline on 201-383-2837. It is always worthwhile to thoroughly read through the FAQ section first, as your questions may be answered there. Live chat is always our preferred way to get in touch
WynnBet Review Final Words
WynnBET Sportsbook has been pretty late to the sports betting party. Most of the big names in US gambling have had an online presence for a year or two now and will have gained a pretty loyal following. If WynnBET mobile app is half as successful as the Vegas casino, then we are sure they will be very happy. The WynnBET Android and iPhone apps are legit & sufficient but not amazing. We expect there will be an update soon to bring it up to scratch compared to other betting apps that are available. The casino has always maintained a high-class image, and you get that feeling when betting with the sportsbook.
Who owns Wynn Bet?
Steve Wynn founded Wynn Resorts in 2001. The brand soon expanded into nightclubs, restaurants, and a golf course. Steve Wynn then decided to expand Wynn Resorts across the United States and internationally. Following the repeal of PASPA in 2018, WynnBET was created and started to accept wagers in New Jersey before going live in Michigan and Colorado.
